Make heat and cold measurement more innovative

With the new Supercal 5 calculator from NeoVac, planners, installers and users are opting for next-generation heat and cooling measurement.

Even more flexible, even simpler, even more versatile: The Supercal 5 is more than just the successor to the proven Supercal 531. “The new calculator impresses with the latest technologies and innovative features.
During development, the focus was on the one hand on the needs of planners, installers and users, and on the other hand on future requirements and standards," explains Bernhard Joos, Head of Technology/Quality Assurance at NeoVac ATA AG. The result is a multifunctional calculator that sets new standards in the measurement of heat and cold. Among other things, the Supercal 5 proves that technological progress does not complicate things, but simplifies them. Whether it’s installation and system integration, subsequent expansion or use – simplicity and flexibility are guaranteed with the new calculator. «The Supercal 5 is based on a user-friendly and modular concept. The individual modules can be exchanged or retrofitted at any time. Thanks to the optimized housing, the device is even more robust and offers more freedom during assembly,” says Joos. The Supercal 531 has already established itself as an all-rounder for measuring heat and cold. Its successor sets new standards with numerous improvements and clever features (see box below).

Multifunction technology with convincing properties
The Supercal 5 is characterized by the latest technologies and a high level of user-friendliness.
It also scores with simplified system integration, clever tariff and data logger functions, universal options for data transmission and flexible connection to control systems. With its innovative functions and impressive properties, the Supercal 5 is suitable for measuring heat, cold or flow as well as for combined heat and cold measurement. The volume input can be individually combined with mechanical, magneto-inductive ultrasonic or oscillating jet flow sensors. Thanks to its extensive data communication options and its flexibility in acquiring and recording dynamic system data, the Supercal 5 is also suitable for use in district heating networks and industrial systems.
