Leaks in heating pipes, i.e. water escaping, broken pipes, comfort problems or burner malfunctions require immediate expert intervention. (On-call assignments on Saturdays are charged at a surcharge of 50% to normal working hours. On-call assignments on Sundays and public holidays are charged at a surcharge of 100% to normal working hours.)
